Payment Method

We accept payment over our secure online order form or you may call us with your order. 
We accept Visa, Discover, or Mastercard.
Personal checks are also accepted.  The order will be shipped after the check is cleared.

Shipping & Handling

-Our shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order.  We will ship anywhere in the US via UPS or US Postal Service First Class or Priority mail. 

-We will also ship to Canada.  Contact us for rates.

-In stock orders will be shipped as soon as possible after the order is received.  Our goal is to have the order out within 1-2 business days.  If the order is not in stock we will contact you.

-If any shipment is returned to us by UPS or USPS because of an incorrect address or if it was not picked up by you, we will charge you for any additional delivery fees or costs related to that shipment.

-Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped.

-Free shipping will be given for orders over $150.00.  We reserve the right to choose which shipping method is best.  If you receive an order that qualifies for free shipping and then decide to return all or part of the original order, the discount will be recalculated and you will be charged for all or a portion of that shipping rate.  

-Returns may only be made after first notifying us via email.  We will either call you or email you with instructions as to what you can do.  Returns are only accepted on full price items within 30 days of  the purchase.  The item(s) must be in its original condition and must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.  We do not cover the shipping charges for any returned items and a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

-We will not accept returns of any patterns, books, kits, needles or any sale items.

All Products are shipped by ground. If you would like your order to be shipped via a different method, you will be responsible for the additional cost.

The shipping rates are based on the product value only.  It does not include tax, if applicable.
